Bestarose CL (Cross Link)-4B and Bestarose CL-6B are SEC resins obtained through emulsification, cleaning, cross-linking and screening on the basis of 4% and 6% agarose. Due to its wide fractionation range, it is used for the separation, purification and detection of polysaccharides, nucleic acids, viruses and other biological macro molecules. The resin also serves as base matrix for affinity, HIC, IEX resins. Bestarose CL-4B and Bestarose CL-6B are crosslinked on the basis of Bestarose 4B and Bestarose 6B via bi-functional crosslinker. While keeping the same fractionation range as Bestarose 4B and Bestarose 6B, the resins enjoys significantly improved physical and chemical properties, helping it withstand autoclaving at 121°C.
