BcMag™ WCX (Weak Cation Exchange) Magnetic Beads are uniform, silica-coated superparamagnetic beads specifically designed for quick fractionation of proteins or peptides from complex biological samples (such as serum, plasma, etc) manually or automatically. The beads allow rapid release of very strong cations that may be retained irreversibly to Strong Cation Exchange Magnetic Beads, such as BcMag™ SCX Magnetic Beads at pH 2.8 or below. The procedure is quick and simple for sample preparation without the need for laborious repeat of pipetting and centrifugation.
