BcMag™ PSA Magnetic Beads are uniform, weak anion exchange superparamagnetic beads. The beads are specifically designed for quick fractionation of proteins/ peptides from complex biological samples (such as serum, plasma) manually or automatically. The beads allow rapid release of very strong anions that may be retained irreversibly on Strong Anion Exchange such as BcMag™ SAX Magnetic beads. Due to the secondary amine, BcMag™ PSA Magnetic Beads have very high binding capacity (>80 µg per mg beads).
