BcMag™ DEAE Magnetic Beads are uniform, weak anion exchange superparamagnetic beads. The beads are specifically designed for quick fractionation of proteins/ peptides from complex biological samples (such as serum, plasma, etc.) manually or automatically. The beads allow the rapid release of very strong anions that may be retained irreversibly on Strong Anion Exchange such as BcMag™ SAX Magnetic beads. The procedure is quick and simple for sample preparation without the need for laborious repeat of pipetting and centrifuging.
