      • Applications
        • Application Description
This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:8,000 dilution) and Western Blot (1: 12,000 dilution). RIP is a serine/threonine kinase, component of the active TNF receptor 1 signaling complex. It contains three domains, including an N-terminal kinase domain (aa1 – aa300), an intermediate domain, and a C-terminal death domain. This protein is essential in DNA damage-induced NF-?-B activation and in TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand (TRAIL)-mediated apoptosis signaling.
