    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.
    WB-Approx 37kDa band observed in lysates of cell lines Daudi, Jurkat, K562 and NIH3T3 and in Mouse Spleen lysates. This molecular weight is routinely observed by other sources. Recommended concentration: 0.01-1µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Testis. Recommended concentration: 5µg/ml.
    IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the nucleoli of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
