    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
    WB-Approx 48-50kDa band observed in fetal and adult Mouse, and in Human Brain lysates. The observed band was completely blocked with the immunizing peptide and corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies :29156-64. PMID: 20643647). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
    IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of HEK293 cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
    FC-Flow cytometric analysis of Kelly cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
