Reacts with Cytokeratin 18 (45 kDa). Cytokeratins are a member of intermediate filamentssubfamily represented in epithelial tissues. It recognizes glandular epithelial cells from gastrointestinaltract, respiratory tract and urogenetical tract, as well as endocrine and exocrine tissue and mesothelialcells. It is not reactive with stratified squamous epithelia (Esophagus, epidermis and ectocervix).Immunogen: Human breast carcinoma cell line PMC-42.
