    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.
    WB-Approx 75kDa band observed in nuclear ysates of cell line Jurkat. Recommended concentration: 1-3g/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
    IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of HeLa and Jurkat cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
