    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
    WB-Approx 100kDa band observed in Human Skeletal Muscle lysates. Approx 80kDa band observed in Mouse and Rat Skeletal Muscle lysates. The observed molecular weights correspond to the glycosylated form of alpha-dystroglycan. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Heart. Recommended concentration: 5µg/ml.
