          Application Description
          ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
          WB-Approx 60kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates and approx. 55-60kDa in Mouse and Pig Liver lysates, and also in preliminary testing of Rat Liver, Human Kidney and U2OS lysates. Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.3µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
          IHC-In paraffin embedded Human Liver shows distinct staining of membranes and cytoplasm in a selection of hepatocytes. Recommended concentration: 3-5µg/ml.
          IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm, membranes and plasma membranes of HeLa and in the plasma membranes of HepG2 cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
          FC-Flow cytometric analysis of HepG2 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
