        Aixway® Precision-100 uses ultra-fine metal powder, combined with special feeding technology, to enable high-precision 3D printing with different materials.

        · Ultra-high forming accuracy

        Our technology allows the laser focus diameter to reach an accuracy of 20 microns. The minimum layer thickness downs to 5 microns due to the special powder feeding system. Printing accuracy is greatly improved.

        · Ultra-complex structural precision

        Additive manufacturing designs of all types is possible thanks to our ultra-high-precision forming capabilities - micro-scale lattice structures, hollow structures, conformal flow channels, hinges, and more.

        · Ultra-low surface roughness

        Micron 3D metal printing enables support-free, one-step forming, with a minimum unsupported angle of 10°. With support-free printing, material waste and post-processing are reduced.

        · Replaceable feeding and process cylinder with Easy-Access System

        Precision-100® uses a portable, replaceable feeding and forming chamber for easier powder and product replacement, increasing machine operability and efficiency.
