Introduction
-
· Fully Automatic Multi-Material Printing
Multiple nozzles for fully automated printing, supporting different materials (metal powders, ceramic powders, polymers, hydrogels, micro- and nanoscale materials, etc.) and various structures (porous scaffolds, biomimetic structures, microneedles, microspheres, etc.).
· Real-time Print Monitoring
High-definition camera captures in real time, making the entire process of model formation clearly visible.
· Fully Automatic Multi-Axis Calibration
High-precision laser sensor calibration, automatic alignment of multiple printhead errors, multi-material printing worry-free.
Application:
· Near-field direct writing and printing
High-precision gel chip printing: Based on high-precision 3D printing, the idea of micro-wireframe molds was proposed to achieve micro-nano scale manufacturing of complex structures of brittle hydrogels and applied to organ chips.
High-precision scaffolds for directional induction of cell growth: By improving the near-field direct writing process, high-precision heterogeneous biological scaffolds with controllable pore size and fiber diameter were fabricated to induce directional cell growth through structural differences
Macro and micro cross-scale scaffold printing: Through the switching of electrostatic fields, macro and micro cross-scale scaffold printing can be achieved. Among them, ultrafine fibers enhance biocompatibility, and phase fibers provide stronger mechanical properties of the scaffolds.
· Printing at room temperature
Food printing: By extruding food slurry through air pressure, three-dimensional models of different shapes can be flexibly formed.
