Product is shipped and stored at room temperature1X Formulation: 137 mM Sodium Chloride, 20 mM Tris, 0.025% Tween-20. Supplied at pH 7.4. (1X TBST)

This is a concentrated solution which is diluted to 1x working strength.

Dilute Tris Buffered Saline with Tween 20 (TBST-20X) to a 1X solution using ddH2O.

This product supplies enough 20X material to make 20 litres of 1X solution.
