      • Overview
        • VirCap® Oligo dT(25) Affinity chromatography resin is specifically designed for the purification of mRNA vaccines and drugs. mRNA molecules contain a polyadenylated tail (PolyA tail), which can be up to 250 bases in length. The dT(25) groups on the surface of the affinity chromatography resin can form stable base pairs with the PolyA tail of mRNA through hydrogen bonds, thereby capturing mRNA in the simple and effective way.

          Background

VirCap® perfusion chromatography resin is currently the ideal choice for the separation and purification of biomacromolecules. It exhibits superior separation and purification performance for complex samples with high viscosity, large target molecular weight causing high mass transfer barriers, and susceptibility to shear forces. This packing material features diffusion pores and through-pores, combined with rigid and robust particles, enabling high-resolution separation. Its throughput is 2-3 times that of traditional fast-flow gels, while also withstanding harsh CIP conditions.
VirCap® perfusion chromatography resin is a rigid polymer particle coated with a patented hydrophilic polymer. This hydrophilic polymer is covalently linked to various functional groups (ion exchange, affinity, etc.), resulting in a highly stable physical and chemical product, ideal for large-scale biopharmaceutical applications. The large particle size provides a good balance between resolution and operating back pressure. Its dynamic loading and resolution are less affected by linear flow rate increases, resulting in faster separation rates than traditional gel chromatography.
Ultra-large pore size: 100~600nm, facilitating diffusion and mass transfer of biomolecules.
Rigid microspheres: Excellent mechanical properties, withstanding pressure of at least 7MPa.
Flexible tentacles: Superior binding and trapping capabilities, resulting in higher recovery rates and target analyte purity.
