The UV-2600i and UV-2700i double-beam spectrophotometers are true research-grade instruments for a wide variety of applications. The high-absorbance measurement capability and sub-nanometer bandwidths make them perfect for analysis of band gap, optical coatings and thin films, biological samples like DNA and proteins, as well as for any routine work expected of a UV-Vis spectrophotometer.
With LabSolutions UV-Vis software, users can get the most out of the instrument in terms of data acquisition, analysis, data integrity and user administration. With the proper software compliance package, the UV-2600i/UV-2700i and the software setup can provide total data integrity, user administration and audit trails to fully comply with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• UV-2600i: Double-beam, Single monochromator. Solid sample reflectance measurement with the Integrating Sphere and/or the optional large sample compartment. All routine applications that are expected of a high-end UV-Vis spectrophotometer
• UV-2700i: Double-beam, Double monochromator. Measurement of high-absorbing liquid samples (up to 8 abs units). All routine applications that are expected of a high-end UV-Vis spectrophotometer
• Selectable bandwidths to comply with requirements of regulated laboratories and high-end research, from sub-nanometers to 5nm and includes low stray light option for a larger bandwidth
• Measurements up to 8 abs units on UV-2700i and up to 5 abs units on UV-2600i
• Wavelength region expandable to the near-IR region using the Integrating sphere (ISR-2600Plus) on UV-2600i
• Advanced Regulatory Compliance - Full support for Pharmacopeia (JP, USP and EP), GLP/GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and other regulations with the appropriate software package
• Autosamplers, multi-cell changer, film holder, temperature-controlled measurement options, integrating spheres, reflectance accessories and an external light source emission measurement accessory are available
