Uridine 5'-triphosphate salt (5-D1, ribose-3',4',5',5''-D4, 98%) is a pyrimidine nucleoside building block used for enzymatic synthesis of RNA and utilized in cell signaling studies. It is a precursor for cytidine triphosphate and can also be used as a substrate for RNA polymeras(s) and GTPases.
Product is supplied as the ammonium salt at 100mm (100 umol in 1 ml water, ph ~7.5).
