UltraNuclease(M) ELISA Kit

UltraNuclease (M) ELISA Kit is an ELISA residual detection kit for Benzonase® endonuclease. This kit can specifically detect the residual Benzonase® endonuclease in the process.
This kit uses the experimental principle of double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The Reference Standard and the sample to be tested are added to the pre-coated microtiter strips pre-coated with anti-Benzonase® endonuclease antibody. Then the diluted biotin-labeled enzyme detection antibody is added, and finally Streptavidin-HRP (SA-HRP) is added to form an antibody + antigen + antibody-Biotin + SA-HRP complex. After washing the plate, TMB Substrate is added for color development. TMB is converted from colorless to blue under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and finally converted to yellow under the action of Stop Solution.
