      • Overview
        • The μ-Transfection Kit VI combines high-performance transfection reagents and μ-slides to allow direct high-resolution microscopic of living transfected cells.
The reagent METAFECTENE® μ enables cell transfection to be performed with both DNA and siRNA, with optimum transfect effiency.
The μ–Slide VI is designed for highly resolving microscopy and is optimal for experiments both with living cells and for fixation and staining of cells.

          Highlights
·Simple transfection protocol (no optimization necessary)
          ·DNA and siRNA transfection
          ·Immediate live observation possible
·Ideal optical properties for transmitted light and fluorescence microscopy
·Cells can be fixed and dyed
          ·Compatible with oil immersion

          Sizes
          100 μl: 100 μl METAFECTENE® μ + 10 ml 1 × PBS + 15 Slides
