        • The Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) 1382 ppm NaCl Standard is aqueous based, non-hazardous and accurate to a specification of ± 1%. The product because it is aqueous based, has a low temperature coefficient of variation and guaranteed stability throughout its entire shelf life, even after opening the bottle. The above TDS value is obtained by measurement of Conductivity at 25°C and conversion to TDS using a conversion factor of 0.45. Test Method used was TPCOND. Measurement taken by comparison with a standard prepared from National Institute of Standards and Technology (USA), Standard Reference Material 999 (Potassium Chloride). Electrode used for measurement: Platinised Platinum Dip Cell. Reference: ASTM D-1125 Method A.
          - This TDS standard is aqueous based, thereby eliminating any errors attributable to matrix mismatch. Each bottle is supplied with a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis. The low temperature coefficient of variation, reduces measurement errors and enables non-temperature controlled use and is suitable for field work
