ToProcult™ Thyroid Tumor Medium

ToProcult™ Thyroid Medium is a serum-free medium for rapid extraction and expansion of Thyroid cancer cells from lung cancer-associated tissues or body fluids in humans or small animals. Reduce contamination of fetal bovine serum in primary extraction. In addition to thyroid cancer cell specific growth factors, the kit also contains Procult™ Matrigel matrix gel to promote rapid tissue climbing out of cells and the adhesion of primary cells after enzymatic digestion. The base uses small molecule compounds to inhibit the growth of non-thyroid cancer cells. It is suitable for the extraction, separation and culture of small animal tumoblasts, primary thyroid cancer surgery, puncture, and the separation and culture of primary thyroid cancer cells such as pleural fluid.
