This product supports high-density cryopreservation (1×10^6~1×10^8 cells/mL), and the cell viability and live cell yield after cryopreservation and thawing are significantly close to those of the fresh group. High-density cryopreservation can effectively save storage space, greatly increase the number of samples stored while ensuring the quality of cryopreservation, reduce storage risks caused by external unstable factors (such as power outages, insufficient liquid nitrogen supply, etc.), and help companies obtain the required cells with quality and quantity.
This product supports direct freezing, without programmed cooling. After direct freezing and thawing, there is no obvious difference in αβ-T cell viability and live cell recovery rate. This product breaks the complicated operation process of traditional cryopreservation. After the cell suspension is packaged, it can be directly placed in a -80°C refrigerator for short-term storage or placed in liquid nitrogen for long-term storage after overnight storage at -80°C. This product has super high ease of use and convenient operation process, which can maximize the avoidance of mistakes caused by cumbersome operations and save operation time.
This product can significantly reduce the cell apoptosis rate after cell cryopreservation and revival at room temperature for 1 hour. It has excellent biosafety, can improve the flexibility of cells in clinical use, and extend the reinfusion window period.
