Leveraging a proprietary library of more than one million molecular structures, over 60,000 ionizable lipids have been synthesized and screened using high-throughput technologies. To accelerate progress in the mRNA research community, a series of ready-to-use human Hematopoietic Stem cell (HSC) specific delivery LNP kits have been launched for research use only for proof-of-concept and screening mRNA constructs ex vivo (in human PBMC cells).
