Single Donor Human Pediatric SARS-Cov-2 Positive Serum

Single Donor Human Pediatric SARS-Cov-2 Positive Serum is a whole blood derived product. Samples were collected from pediatric donors through an IRB-approved protocol, and COVID-19 positive status has been confirmed via SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibody assay and/or PCR positive test results. Please note that this product will contain differing levels of IgM, IgA, and/or IgG antibody levels from lot to lot as this is a single donor product. This serum is suitable for use as a positive control and to confirm serological assay results, among other research applications. This product has not been tested directly for the presence of any other viruses, and out of an abundance of caution it is recommended to handle as if capable of spreading infectious disease.

Viral Testing: Each unit is tested for the standard FDA-required viral markers, and found negative for HBsAg, HCV, HIV-1, HIV-2, HIV-1Ag or HIV-1 NAT, ALT, and syphilis using FDA-approved methods. If you would like any further testing or analysis performed prior to shipping, please let us know.
