        • Based on the characteristics of the novel coronavirus, three characteristic sequences of 2019-nCoV were selected: ORF1ab/RdRP (RNA-dependent RNA polymerase), Gene E (envelope protein), and Gene N (nucleocapsid phosphoprotein). These sequences were cloned and constructed into a pseudovirus vector. The pseudovirus was prepared in 293T cells and then concentrated and purified through ultracentrifugation.
