        • Based on the characteristics of the Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), three characteristic sequences were selected: ORF1a/b, ORF4b, and Gene N (nucleocapsid phosphoprotein). These sequences were cloned and constructed into a pseudovirus vector. The pseudovirus was prepared in 293T cells and then concentrated and purified through ultracentrifugation.
