Closure System for 2D SAFE Tubes 96 SBS: Push or septum caps are the cheaper alternative to screw caps. They are usually used if storage is limited to a few years, the storage temperature does not fall below -80 °C and the samples only have to be stored and not shipped. Through the - also automated - pressing of the caps and the subsequent removal of the foil, the 96 tubes are closed individually at the same time.
