OptoidCM Red Blood Cell Lysis Solution is designed to lyse and remove red blood cells from fresh blood or tissue samples of mammals, including humans and rodents. This product is an optimized, ready-to-use red blood cell lysis solution that lyses anucleated red blood cells without damaging other nucleated cells. It can be used for subsequent cell culture, cell fusion, nucleic acid or protein extraction, as well as various routine assays and analyses.
