TCL1B is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. T-cellleukemia/lymphoma 1B, also known as TCL1B is a member of the TCL1 family. TCL1Bis expressed in a variety of tissues as well as the placenta and testis. Moreover, TCL1B enhances the phosphorylation and activation of AKT1 and AKT2.
