        • The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 38.2 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of PVRIG-hFc is approximately 55-70 kDa due to glycosylation. Cell surface receptor for NECTIN2. May act as a coinhibitory receptor that suppresses T-cell receptor-mediated signals. Following interaction with NECTIN2, inhibits T-cell proliferation. Competes with CD226 for NECTIN2-binding. AO152:AO169.
