      • Overview
        • POP7 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 165 amino acids (1-140 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.3kDa. POP7 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Processing Of Precursor 7, also known as POP7, is a part of the histone-like Alba family. POP7 is a part of ribonuclease P which is a protein complex that generates mature tRNA molecules by cleaving their 5'-ends. POP7 is also a part of RNase MRP complex, which cleaves pre-rRNA sequences.
