  - MW : 28.2kD. Recombinant Human MOB-Like Protein Phocein is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ala225 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. MOB-Like Protein Phocein is a member of the MOB1/Phocein Family. MOB-Like Protein Phocein is associated with membranes and the Golgi stacks. It is present in the cytosol, where it behaves as a protein complex. It has been shown that MOB-Like Protein Phocein interacts with DNM1, EPS15 and Nucleoside Diphosphate Kinase. MOB-Like Protein Phocein is the major partner of Striatin Family members and may play a important role in membrane trafficking, specifically in membrane budding reactions.

    Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
