      • Overview
        • MW : 25.4kD. Recombinant Human Histone Chaperone ASF1A is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Met204 is expressed with a T7 tag at the N-terminus, 6His tag at the C-terminus. Human Histone Chaperone ASF1A (ASF1A) belongs to the H3/H4 family of histone chaperone proteins. ASF1A is ubiquitously expressed in many cells and tissues, interacting with histones H3 and H4. ASF1A cooperates with Chromatin Assembly Factor 1 to promote replication-dependent chromatin assembly and with HIRA to promote replication-independent chromatin assembly. In addition, ASF1A is necessary for the formation of senescence-associated heterochromatin foci (SAHF) and efficient senescence-associated cell cycle exit.

      • Applications
        • Application Description
Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
