KLHDC8B is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Kelch Domain Containing 8B, also known as KLHDC8B shapes a distinctbeta-propeller protein structure of kelch domains which allow forprotein-protein interactions. In addition, mutations in KLHDC8Bhave been connected with Hodgkin lymphoma.
