        • JAZF1 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 266 amino acids (1-243 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 29.5kDa. JAZF1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. JAZF zinc finger 1 (JAZF1) is a nuclear protein with 3 C2H2-type zinc fingers, which functions as a transcriptional repressor. Chromosomal anomalies involving the JAZF1 are linked with endometrial stromal tumors. Alternatively spliced variants which encode different protein isoforms have been described; though, not all variants have been fully characterized.

          Formulation
          JAZF1 protein solution (1mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.4M UREA and 10% glycerol.
          Storage
          Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
