  - EcoMag™ Protein A Magnetic Particles are silica-based superparamagnetic particles covalently conjugated with recombinant protein A(Purity>80%) on the surface. The particles are specifically designed, tested and quality controlled for quick and efficient one-step purification of IgG of several species from serum samples, ascites fluid, plasma or tissue culture supernatants.
