      • Applications
        • Application Description
This polyclonal antibody reacts in ELISA (1: 250 dilution) and Western blot (1: 1,000 dilution) using the immunizing peptide. P53-associated parkin-like cytoplasmic protein (PARC) is a 270 kDa protein that acts as a cytoplasmic anchor for p53 unstressed cells, thereby regulating the localization and subsequent function of p53. It contains a cullin domain and a RING-IBR-RING domain at the carboxy terminus and it is ubiquitously expressed.
