  - Application Description
    
    This polyclonal antibody reacts in ELISA (1: 500 dilution) and Western blot (1:1,000 dilution) using the immunizing peptide. Glucose transporter type 1 (GLUT1) is a member of the Glut family of tranamembrane proteins which mediates facilitative transport of glucose. GLUT 1 is expressed in many human tissues and in a variety of different tumors.
