Anti-human N-type Ca channel, alpha subunit IgG fraction is a polyclonal antibody raised in rabbits against three peptides, designated A, B and C. These peptides were originally recognized in rat brain Ca channels ( see reference 1). Therefore, these antibodies are able to recognize the rat-derived Ca channels ( alpha subunit) of the type N receptor. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography using Protein G-Sepharose.
