        • Application Description
          This polyclonal antibody reacts with the above peptide in ELISA and Western Blot assays (1: 2,000 dilution). GVB belongs to the genus Vitivirus of the family Flexiviridae and its genome is composed by a single-stranded positive-sense RNA and a single coat protein subunit of 21kDa. GVB is the causal agent of corky baek, a major disease of the grapevine, and is transmitted by insects vectors or grafting.
