        • Application Description
This polyclonal antibody reacts with extracts of GFLV-infected plants in ELISA (1: 200 dilution) and Western blot (1: 1,000 dilution, using the coat recombinant protein). GFLV belongs to the genus Nepovirus of the family Comoviridae and its genome is composed by two single-stranded positive-sense RNAs.It has a single coat protein with a molecular weight of 56 kDa, this protein has been reported to be involved in the specific transmission of the GFLV by its nematode vector Xiphinema index.
