Propargyl-PEG2-alcohol is a PEG derivative containing propargyl and alcohol end groups. The propargyl can participate in copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with azides, forming triazole moieties. The alcohol group can be reacted to further derivatize the compound. The hydrophilic PEG linker increases the solubility of compounds in aqueous media.
