    • Overview
      • Hematoxylin-Eosin staining (HE staining) is one of the commonly used staining methods in paraffin or frozen section technology. Hematoxylin is divided into retrograde and progressive according to the staining method. Now the common hematoxylin in the market is retrograde hematoxylin, that is, hematoxylin is overstained, and then the excess hematoxylin is stained by the differentiation solution.

HE staining section technology is one of the commonly used staining methods in section technology. Progressive hematoxylin does not require differentiation fluid to be dedifferentiated its staining time is short only 1 minute. The staining solution is stable without metal oxide film and precipitation. It can be used for tissue paraffin section, frozen section and tissue cell staining and reused.
        Features:
a)High concentration and short staining time for 1 minute
        b)No metal oxide film
        c)Staining bright blue
d)No need to be differentiated, return directly to blue
