Precast Protein Plus Gel, 4-20%, 10 wells, Bis-Tris

This precast gel uses a Bis-Tris buffer system, and the gel plate is made of plastic. It has the advantages of excellent separation effect and clearer and sharper bands. This precast gel has a stronger buffering capacity than the conventional Tris-Glycine system, and the matching buffer is a neutral buffer, which can better improve the stability of the gel and avoid re-modification of the protein during electrophoresis. The unique perfusion technology can ensure the stability of the precast gel batches and the consistency of the band distribution, and the electrophoresis effect is stable.
This series of precast gels has gradient gels and fixed concentration gels with different concentration ranges. The height of the upper concentrated gel is 1.5 cm, the gradient concentration is 4-12% and 4-20%, and the fixed concentration is 8%, 10%, 12%. The number of loading wells for each concentration gel is 10 wells, 12 wells and 15 wells respectively. The maximum loading volume of 10 wells is 70 uL, the maximum loading volume of 12 wells is 50 uL, and the maximum loading volume of 15 wells is 30 uL.
This product is compatible with most mini SDS-PAGE electrophoresis tanks, including Bio-Rad Mini-PROTEAN (II/3 /Tetra System) and Tianneng VE180 (note that the gel strips must be installed upside down), Life Technology Novex Mini-Cell (used with a special baffle), etc.
