Pig spleen Mononuclear Cells (MNCs) are immune response cells that include lymphocytes and monocytes from swine spleen. Pig MNCs are used in preclinical research because they provide a convenient, minimally invasive way to study the immune system and its response to diseases, infections and therapies. Pig PBMCs are useful in understanding various physiological and pathological mechanisms in suines.
