Background

The Microarray covers 6 transglutaminase variants (hFXIII, hTG1, hTG2, hTG3, hTG4 and hTG6) translated into overlapping peptides.The protein sequences were elongated by neutral GSGSGSG linkers to avoid truncated peptides. The elongated protein sequences were translated into 15 aa peptides printed in duplicate with a max. peptide-peptide overlap of 14 aa for full epitope coverage.- peptide length/overlap: 15 aa / 14 aa- number of peptides/spots: 4,354 / 8,708- HA, c-Myc and polio control peptides
