OrgCult™ Intestine (XF) Type Organ Growth Medium

OrgCult™ Intestine (XF) type organ growth medium supports the construction and long-term maintenance culture of intestinal organs derived from mouse ASC and human ASC, respectively. OrgCult™ Intestine (XF) intestinal organ culture medium can be used to directly differentiate from human pluripotent stem cells into intestinal organs. Through three stages of differentiation, these intestinal organs can be cultured in OrgCut™ Maintain and mature in Intestine (XF) intestinal organ growth medium. OrgCult™ The Intestine (XF) culture medium adopts a serum free and animal free component formula, which can conveniently and flexibly construct the intestinal organs required for the experiment, improve the stability of the experiment, and reduce the use of experimental animals. Long term maintenance culture can be performed on primary intestinal or colonic crypts or previously frozen colon like organs. Organs can be observed after 7-10 days of cultivation, and they are passaged every 10 days for maintenance culture and amplification.
