Nucleosome cores are essential for DNA packaging in eukaryotes. Each core consists of an octamer including two copies of each histone 2A, 2B, 3 and 4 around which an approx. 140 bp section of DNA is wound twice. DIARECT provides native nucleosome antigens of bovine origin.
