      • Overview
        • Ni Bestarose HP (High Performance) metal chelation chromatography resin is an affinity chromatography resin made by pre-chelating metal ion Ni2+ on a high-resolution agarose with NTA as ligand. It has the advantages of high resolution, large adsorption capacity, good selectivity, easy regeneration, and low cost. It is widely used in the separation and purification of downstream proteins and peptides in biopharmaceutical and bioengineering, especially the efficient purification of histidine-tagged proteins.
