The cells are derived from Kunming mice/C57 mice/BALB/C mice/ICR mice.

Morphology: Epithelial cell morphology, adherent growth.
Tissue source: Gingival tissue.
Complete growth medium and culture conditions: Low serum epithelial cell culture medium.
Gas phase: Air, 95%; Carbon dioxide, 5%.
Temperature: 37°C.
Freeze storage conditions: 5% DMSO+95% FBS.
Complete cryopreservation solution: Primary cell cryopreservation solution.
